Judging integrity, rules and training
Make the decision explainable.
- Review and release
- Head-judge review, divergence alerts and provisional or official postings keep scoring and publication distinct.
- Correct with context
- Placements, re-rides, protests and audit history preserve the reason for a change.
- Keep judging focused
- Offline score queues, anonymised judging and role-based visibility support the panel.
- Check your rules
- Configurable criteria support general judging. Optional specialist packs retain citations and an unverified label until certified review.
Optional specialist packs and rulebook references
Scorio’s specialist packs remain unverified. Source rulebooks do not certify a pack or sanction your event.

Your event. Your data.
Download results and event exports, share public results and embed the audience view. Keep exports in your own records. Tour includes public feeds, scoped API keys and signed webhooks. No self-hosting package or third-party escrow arrangement is offered.
Discuss data access →Before event day.
What happens if the internet drops?
Judges can queue supported scores locally and synchronise when connectivity returns. Live public screens and broadcast updates need a connection. Test your devices, reconnect and verify synchronisation before the event; offline does not mean an entire event can run without connectivity.
How do I connect OBS?
Add the competition’s overlay URL as a Browser Source in OBS. Keep its token private, set the canvas dimensions, and rehearse with your Producer workspace. The producer course covers the setup.
Can I migrate from LiveHeats?
Import participant data from supported CSV/XLSX files, preview the mapping and resolve duplicates before applying. Review your formats and scoring settings separately. Series import is available with the series tools. There is no automatic transfer of your entire LiveHeats account.
What if Scorio disappears?
Export your event data and results regularly. Tour includes scoped API access. No third-party data-escrow service or continuity guarantee is currently offered; discuss your retention requirements before relying on a workflow.
Can I try Scorio before using it at an event?
Open the read-only public-results demo without an account. It uses fictional entries and illustrative scores so you can explore the audience view. Create a free account to set up an event and rehearse with your own judging team.
LiveHeats has registration today. Does Scorio?
LiveHeats publishes paid-registration tools today. Scorio paid registration, waivers, guardian consent and check-in are planned and have no confirmed launch date. Keep using a registration service that meets your current requirements.
Can I run a sanctioned event?
You remain responsible for the event rules and sanctioning approval. Specialist rule packs are optional and unverified until a certified judge signs them off. The federation handoff pack provides exports for your own review and submission. Scorio does not automatically submit or certify your event.
Does Scorio support measured waterski scoring?
Measured-format groundwork is planned. It is not sold as supported waterski scoring. Core judging supports non-sport entries without requiring water-sport attributes.
